
Apricot chicken
Ingredients
- 1 tin of halved apricots in syrup
- 1 packet French onion soup
- vegetables if desired (canned, fresh or frozen)
- chicken breasts to feed 6 people
Method
- Brown chicken and place in oven dish
- Mix soup with syrup and pour over chicken
- Decorate with apricot halves
- Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 40 minutes or until brown
