Two African men kill a huge tiger while Sophie and I watch from a motel window. The tiger falls through the window and nearly fills the room. Sophie and I have to squeeze onto the bed.

As the tiger's great head flops back air is forced from its lungs, making a great sigh.

Its breath stinks.

Sophie leans forward and puts her head inside the tiger's mouth and has a good look around. 'Amazing!' she says.

Sophie gets so interested she climbs right inside the tiger--and disappears. Her muffled voice comes from somewhere near its stomach. I think she's still saying, 'Amazing!'

I wonder if I should go in after her and make sure she's all right.
